Thermal Spray Products

The 2CoolTool’Ñ¢ provides thermal spray process engineers with a powerful combination of thermal spray process aids for improving surface preparation, precision thermal control and post coating operations.

2CoolTool

  • Transportable Cabinet: Powder-coated steel cabinet with caster wheels and handle.
  • Spray Generator: Cleaning, cooling, finishing spray generator with spray pressure regulator, spray flow regulator, spray primer switch, CO2 inlet and dry compressed air inlet ports.
  • Spray Applicators: Single or dual spray applicators with magnetic mounting base with flexible nozzle tubes and Coanda spray nozzles. Custom spray applicators are available.
  • Machine Control: Remote machine control is enabled via a front-mounted connector for cable integration with any assembly or machine tool controller. Connector also accepts input for a dual foot-switch (included) for manual machine control operations.
  • IR Thermometer: IR thermocouple sensor type K, with 26 to 80¬ƒC (80 to 180¬ƒF) range for precise thermal control during coating operations.
