Applications

The 2CoolTool enables clean and continuous thermal coating operations, even on small or thin substrates. The 2CoolTool precision cools hot coated surfaces with microscopic sublimating CO2 particles entrained in CDA. Thermal control is precisely controlled with a combination of metered CO2 particles and Coanda airflow energetically applied to a surface, liberating excess surface heat to maintain an optimal coating surface temperature and keeping the surface free of coating particle debris.
