The SnoBot™ Workcell series provides cleaning and surface modification for substrates or fixtures up to 24 inches square. Within the interlocked and exhausted enclosure, parts are thoroughly scrubbed with a CO2 composite cleaning spray to remove gross surface contamination. Momentum transfer blasts particles away while the instantaneous solvent power of liquid CO2 dissolves and entrains surface contaminants.

Optionally our BlueFire® technology can be used on the SnoBot™ system. BlueFire® is a powerful jet of atmospheric plasma. It breaks the bonds of tough organics like a jackhammer with a microscopic combination of UV light, ozone, oxygen radicals and heat. A final pass with CO2 composite spray blows sub-micron debris away. Test results prove parts are hyper clean, better than dangerous solvents and without costly and time-consuming multiple processing stations. Your parts are ready for wire bonding, gluing, imprinting, assembly or other secondary operations where reduced surface tension makes coatings flow rapidly and completely.
