Used to cool and lubricate tools during turning, milling, grinding, drilling and other machining operations, ChilAire increases production, extends tool life (in some cases by a factor of two or more), eliminates the use of messy flooded lubricants and associated odors and creates a safer work environment.

The unique properties of CO2 combined with the patented ChilAire technology represent a significant improvement over the performance and cost of current cooling and lubricating methods.
