Our patented hard turning cooling approach uses carbon dioxide to significantly increase productivity and extend the life of the cutting tool. In many applications, ChilAire™ replaces the need for grinding of carbide. CO2 cooling provides an economical method to turn carbide with the use of PCD tooling: continuous or interrupted cut. ChilAire™ will also improve surface finish as well as minimizing the environmental impact of machining operations.
